Last week during Sony’s E3 press conference Andrew House,
the new president and group CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment announced that
Sony would be partnering with HTC to bring the PlayStation gaming experience to
even more smartphones. Most of Sony’s Xperia series smartphones are already
PlayStation certified and with the addition of another premium mobile phone brand
the future of mobile gaming is starting to look a little more attractive in
this author’s opinion.
The PlayStation Suite, now called the PlayStation Mobile is
a new standard for mobile gaming. It’s a quality control scheme on android
devices to ensure only the best gaming experiences.
